Teriyaki Zoodle Pizza

Lunch | Serves 4


  • 1 med Pizza crust Can be homemade or store bought
  • 1/2 cup Naked Coconuts Soyless Sauce
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 1 large Zucchini Spiraled into “zoodles”
  • 2-3 tbsp Naked Coconuts Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple Chopped
  • 1 handfull sesame seeds
  • 1 handfull Crush Peanuts


  1. In a pan, heat a dash of olive oil on medium heat and add the onions. Stir frequently until the they are carmelized, adding a dash of water to the pan whenever they seem to be drying out.
  2. While they are cooking, mix the peanut butter and soyless sauce in a small bowl until it is the consistency of a thick sauce (add more soyless sauce if needed).
  3. Spread the peanut sauce on the pizza crust.
  4. Toss the zoodles with the teriyaki sauce in a separate bowl until they are well coated.
  5. When the onions are done, add them on top of the peanut sauce on the pizza and then top with the noodles.
  6. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the pizza and add the fresh pineapple.
  7. Heat oven to 350 and bake the pizza for 20 mins. If you’re using a homemade crust then turn the heat up to 400 and bake for another 10-15 mins (or until the crusts are nice and browned).
  8. Top with fresh cilantro and crushed peanuts and serve!
