Spicy Lime Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bushel kale
2 tbs. Melted coconut oil
1 freshly juiced lime
Garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with tin foil
2. Separate the leaves of the kale from the stem by grabbing the leaf and tearing it down the stem
3. Tear the leaves into large chips sized pieces
4. In a bowl, toss the kale, coconut oil, lime and seasoning
5. Spread the kale evenly over the baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes
