Peanut Butter Granola Bars with Salted Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
Granola Bar Ingredients
  • 1/2cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4cup chia seeds
  • 1/2cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2cup apple sauce or maple syrup
  • 1cup gluten free oats
  • 1cup peanut butter
  • 1cup crushed pistachio nuts
  • 1/4cup flax seeds
  • 1/4cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4cup pumpkin seeds
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients
  • 100grams dark chocolate
  • 1/4cup coconut oil
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • sea salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the granola bars together in a bowl until it has the consistency of cookie dough.
  2. Spread the mixture out in a brownie pan, lined with parchment paper.
  3. Put the pan in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a small pan on medium heat.
  5. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the granola bars and top with sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate for at least another hour before serving.
