MCT Oil Peanut Butter Cups

  • 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup MCT oil
Peanut Butter Filling
  • 10 tsp peanut butter
  • pinch sea salt

  • 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup MCT oil

  • 10 tsp peanut butter
  • pinch sea salt
Instructions
Chocolate Cups
  1. Melt 1.5 cup of dark chocolate chips with 1/4 cup of MCT oil over low heat on the stovetop.
  2. Pour 1 tsp of melted chocolate into 20 tiny muffin paper cups.
  3. Use a basting brush to push chocolate up along the sides of the cup.
  4. Flash freeze the cups for about 5-10 minutes.
Filling
  1. Add 1/2 tsp of peanut butter into each cup.
  2. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the tops of each cups.
  3. Add a pinch of pink himalayan or coarse sea salt atop the cups and freeze for an hour before serving.
