Cauliflower Rice

  • 1 Head cauliflower chopped coarsely
  • 1 Small onion chopped
  • 2 Tbs coconut oil
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne powder
  • Garlic powder

  • 1 Head cauliflower chopped coarsely

Instructions
  1. Process cauliflower in a food processor until the contents are the size of rice grains
  2. Sautee onions in coconut oil in a pan over medium heat until translucent
  3. Add the cauliflower and stir until the coconut oil is evenly covering the contents of the pan
  4. Add the seasoning to taste
  5. Cover the pan and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until softened
  6. Serve as you would a normal rice dish
